In 1994, your M Channel founder ran for Lieutenant Governor in New Mexico on a “Children’s Agenda”.
After the election, an appointment by the elected Governor followed by hearings and a confirmation vote by the NM Senate, I moved into a constitutional position on the State Board of Education ‘overseeing public education policy and management’ of some 50% of the state’s budget.

The gang of kids at a school nicknamed “Atomic High”, in a secretive high mesa town of the U.S. National Lab that built the first nuclear weapon, heard the late-night Pueblo drums along the Rio Grande.
